Join MPF MPF Director of Prairie Management Jerod Huebner for an evening spring hike at MPF’s Noah Brown’s Prairie, a prairie that supports at least 178 native plant species. Enjoy native wildflowers and learn about MPF’s prairie reconstruction project adjacent to the prairie remnant. Minimum registration of 6 people.

What to expect: heat, sun, occasional wet ground, possibly annoying invertebrates (e.g., gnats, ticks, chiggers, mosquitoes).

What to bring: footwear you don’t mind getting wet/muddy, sun protection, water and hydration supplies, food/snacks, outdoor clothes, insect repellent, sun protection.

Registrants will be notified in the event we need to reschedule due to severe weather.
