Grow Native! Webinar: Take a (Virtual) Native Home Garden Tour

In this virtual tour of the native yard of MPF Executive Director Carol Davit, she will share information on successes, challenges, and joys of her native landscaping journey in a variety of growing conditions and settings. Learn about her woodland plantings in shade and dry soil; prairie grasses and wildflowers in a sunny border garden; glade wildflowers in rocky, dry soil; native vines for beauty and privacy; and native container gardens.

This free webinar, to be held via Zoom, will include a presentation and a live question-and-answer session. The webinar will be recorded, with a link to the recording sent to all registrants and posted to the MPF YouTube channel.

Carol Davit has worked for more than 25 years in the conservation and environmental fields in communications, development, administration, and leadership capacities. As the Executive Director for MPF, Carol works with the organization’s staff, board of directors, and committees while overseeing all operations of MPF – including fundraising, strategic planning, communications, advocacy, the Grow Native! program, and administration. Carol has edited the Missouri Prairie Journal since 1996.
